The website CMS allows the authorised website user to update selected areas of content, depending on how the website has been built.
One Main CMS User
By default, we currently allow one CMS user per website. This keeps access simpler and reduces the risk of login details being shared too widely.
Logging In
- Go to the CMS login address provided by Easy Web Sites Ltd.
- Enter the username.
- Enter the password.
- Click the login button.
If You Do Not Have The Login Details
On the CMS login screen, click Request Login Details. The current username and password will be sent to the inbox we hold for the website user.
If The Details Do Not Arrive
- Check the inbox linked to the website CMS user.
- Check the junk or spam folder.
- Make sure you are checking the correct email account.
Password Changes
There is not currently a self-service password reset option. If the login details need to be changed, please email changes@easywebsites.co.uk and we can help.
Security
Please keep CMS login details secure. If the person responsible for website updates changes, please contact us so we can advise the best way to update the access details.
